As fans we feel great disappointment when the team loses and has an unsuccessful season. However, we as fans, are sitting in the stands or at home in front of the TV or on the computer criticizing these guys and hoping certain people lose their jobs and playing time. Look at the type of time and work these guys put in and then when they don't see success after all they've gone through, imagine their disappointment. We all know the players have to go to practices and weightlifting but to actually see what they do to try to reach success and then to just have the type of seasons as they have had the past few years is borderline depressing, especially for those guys. Good thing humans have an innate competitive spirit, otherwise I could see the whole team quitting if they didn't see success after this much training. That goes for all athletes in sports, not just our players.

I have zero doubt there will be effort exerted in preparation. I am interested in the results of these games as well.

The staff needs to do a better job of playing to our strengths and getting our guys in position to succeed. I hope coach is done ramming his head against wall and wants to adapt (finally). We have a decent level of experience for having a young team. Let's see who sets up and leads now.
