McIntyre went 4-8 his first year and 2-10 this season, last in the division both years. They're in a division with Arizona, ASU, USC, UCLA and Utah so they'll have to get really good just to finish 3d in that division. Combine that with reportedly questionable facilities and recruiting at, or near, the bottom of the B12 (Nationally 70th- USF was 58) and Leavitt will be looking for a job next year. unless his defense is good in a bad year and they make him the HC

I was one of the few USF fans who believed we shouldn't have fired him in the first place. I want to see Judy get on her hands and knees and beg this man to coach our team again. Judy G may be gone within the year (just a rumor) so with Doug and her gone the door would be open. But as others have said in the past it may be tough to hire a guy were lawsuits are part of the past relationship.
