This is the guy and things will be much improved this year. Building a consistent winning program is not a drive thru endeavor. I don't care how much talent you have if you can't coach it correctly. It will eventually lead to the demise of the program. I hear we have top notch talent, however I haven't seen anything on the field that represents such a proclamation.
