It's gotten worse under Taggart. Look at dwindling attendance as a cue. The longer we "fail to resurrect it" the more the problem compounds. We're arguably behind brand new D1 programs like Georgia Southern at the moment.

We are arguably still behind some D2 programs. I really hate to say it but I'm yearning for a breath of fresh air in the form of a new coach. One that believes USF is a brand name and should be taken seriously by recruits. Not the opposite. 

 

EVERYBODY has it better than us. Yes, even SMU now.

These staff changes aren't coming (aside from someone maybe poaching Lockett) just like the rumor of Cinci and Memphis leaving for the Big 12.
