Time for the Lou Holtz' offense, run right, run left....3rd-7? Run wider

We are one step closer to our prodigal son, Winky

Keep crying. If you don't see an improved team I don't know what to tell you.

+1

+2

Once again, the overblown expectations of TBP members coming back to bite them.

Respectfully, you obviously have no idea what prodigal means.

Exactly. How dare USF fans expect to the football team to win a game! For shame.

If you want to "expect" a win from your team, go root for Alabama, and you will probably get that which you expect.

The team is very improved from the same time last year... But the QB position is not. Our only TD was a QB scramble.

We have less false starts, less turnovers, better time management by the coaches getting in the plays.

On the radio broadcast it was mentioned that our two wins last year our offense had ZERO TDs in those games.

Being very improved doesn't mean we are good yet, but we're going in the right direction. A loss like this is frustrating absolutely because it shows us we still have a long way to go but I think we can also look back to this same time last year and see the changes.

Very well said.

If this offense can't win then break down, spend the money and bring in a top notch, proven, successful OC.

If we have less than 10k fans in the stadium in the last couple of games (outside off UCF) Taggart will be forced by Harlan to make this an exciting offense.

Maybe Taggart is the problem

Definitely worth questioning. I don't think him as the coach, but his "wonderful Stanford system" is the problem. At this point we're either to believe Matt Floyd, Bobby Eveld, Mike White, and Steven Bench are just completely inept as QBs or the scheme is a major issue. I think Floyd and Eveld were but I have a really hard time placing all the blame this offense is having on the QBs at this point. If Flowers gets put out there he'll get eaten alive too because how "complex" this offense is.
