Won't matter who he brings if he can't coach the. Look at Ron Zook

urban meyer doesn't win national championships without ron zook's players.

let Taggart stack our roster and if he can't win after a few years than bring in somebody else

In a few years no one will be there to watch them

There is no doubt that Holtz left the cupboard bare in talent and CWT has a big mountain to climb, but there has been zero improvement in our quarterback play since the beginning of last season. Your big selling point can't just be to recruit, you still have to coach.

honestly coaching can only take you so far. the biggest QB guru in the world won't turn Bench or White into top tier QBs. Taggart needs to find a QB.

so your idea is to fire him now and bring in someone that is a can't miss coach? good luck with that.

That is patently false. For the most part, Bench made good reads just didn't execute. Fat less penalties and TOs than last year.

There is no way this team gets to 6 wins this season. Maybe 6 totals wins by the middle of next year and that's if you count the 2 from last year. The UConn game is shaping up to be one game where fans shouldn't be allowed in and it shouldn't be televised.

This will keep getting better.  UConn, NC State, SMU and Houston are lousy.  If we don't win 6 games, we're in serious trouble, given the newly-realized crappy SOS we see before us.

Then you have not been following this conference. We get 6 wins.

Keep crying. If you don't see an improved team I don't know what to tell you.

Both QBs are running the offense much better. far less false starts. coaching has helped tremendously in that manner.

problem is neither are all that talented. at the end of the day if you can't complete 50% of your passes then you're not meant to play at this level.

Bench was throwing behind guys all day. throwing over heads. coaching can only go so far.

No. I just want to see a coach that cam adjust and so far I don't see it. Play calling is awful. I sit in the stAnds and se the SOS each week

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
