Let's take a vote on the best grocery stores out there. I vote Publix. Greenwise in South Tampa is the real deal. You need to hit it up when you're in town next time. But White is not a school color This is why nobody likes you. Phew, that's it?!? Man, and here I thought my sex tape had finally surfaced. You did say that it tastes better, which is totally subjective. Otherwise, it's a cool story bro. You did get one thing right: Go Bulls! I believe the omega 3 and omega 6 fat content is different between grain fed and grass fed beef

Preach.http://www.lakemeadownaturals.com

I think o did answer it....not preaching but u began the convo....i also no longer eat any processed food because im not a cow that needs to be fattened with high fructose corn syrup or any of its 50 variations, good food isnt about its ingrediants, good food is the ingrediants....but to each his own and cheers!!!! And hell yes go bulls!!! I just want to know how it would lower my triglycerides, keep my cholesterol levels lower, and overall improve the way my body functions to eat organic as opposed to non. That's the question I'm looking for. I try to stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenized oils so I minimize the sweets I eat, I very rarely drink soda and I exercise regularly. If I could increase the chances I would live longer by eating organic foods, then I'd probably do it. No such evidence exists for that, so why should I fork out extra $ for organic when I can still eat well and use the $ I'd be paying for organic on things I would rather have or do? Anyway, it's go home time. Y'all have a good one and go Bulls! Do you even lift bro?
