I haven't done a 5k in about 4 years, but back then I ran it in about 36 min.  And that's in hill country of North GA, not the flatlands of FL.

24:47 on the treadmill. In the real world 25:59. That's hill country in Clermont (seriously).

Good for you. I have a long way to go to get there, but my running has been for cardio workout only. Maybe one of these days I'll work for another one.

You should try a race up here ... Clermont has some hills, sure ... But not like here.
