Just tuned into the Temple Vanderbilt game and noticed that Vanderbilt has "Anchor Down" on the back of their jerseys instead of names. They still have three timeouts. I'm confused - what am I missing?

I do see that the letters are black on black jerseys. Is that the loophole?

i'm so glad there is a penalty for this   if there wasnt...   we'd bea wearing "The Team" on our backs. What an embarrassment that'd be. Probably 500 better options.

Watching Temple game and notice Vandy has a faint Anchor Down above the jersey number. Is that not against the NCAA rule that disallowed us to put The Team on our jerseys?

This should be like the PGA where viewers can call in and point out infractions ... if I recall the NCAA rule from the other thread, Vandy doesn't fit any loopholes and should only have 2 TO's left for the half.
