That's not a facade and it hasn't started yet .... but the $100K gifts info look to be accurate, though. 

 

 

Correct, it is a leadership center for student athletes as well as a special seating section for the East side. The special seating is right in the middle of the camera view, from the tower so that UCF will be able to build a better "ambiance"for televised games  as well as fans purchasing seats in the "Tiki" section.

 

Stansbury wants to appeal to visiting parents and athletes by displaying the leadership center as a center for athlete academic excellence.

 

 

Did they ever figure out how to mount a camera in the Wobbling Wok without making the viewer seasick?

For the USF game they had their main cameras on cherry pickers outside the stadium.

Should be a call to the Engineering Dept to get some shock absorbing camera perches/platforms, or call Hollywood, they have those types of things. Should be fairly easy, but I doubt it happens; announcers want a talking point in case the stadium fills up again.

USF chopped the head off the golden goose just when it was ready to produce some golden eggs.

 

UCF kept on track despite several inconsistencies and inhumane acts by their program leader.

Guess the grass is greener....didn't we just renovate the Sundome and build several major athletic stadiums, athletic center and practice facilities within the last few years.  I think we are doing just fine.  You can't build an entire Athletic Department's facilities in a two year time frame.
