Current donations + pledges that are collected over time. Better said, when you loo at the pledges and $ to be collected, they will have the total amount, from private resources. Correct, it is a leadership center for student athletes as well as a special seating section for the East side. The special seating is right in the middle of the camera view, from the tower so that UCF will be able to build a better "ambiance"for televised games as well as fans purchasing seats in the "Tiki" section. Stansbury wants to appeal to visiting parents and athletes by displaying the leadership center as a center for athlete academic excellence.
