With Brett Kean I continue to see nice feet but marginal talent.

That's my fear...as I see the same thing, but I'm not a HS talent scout, so lots of the nuances escape me.  I just fear he's Mike White, Part Deux (but shorter).

You can never have too many below average college QBs on your roster. It's all about depth.

This kid is way more athletic looking on the field than Mike White.  He reminds me a little of Grothe, slippery and can look over the field.  He is playing in Ohio where many great players originate.  I like him a lot at first glance.  Since they're calling him 6'-2", my guess is he's probably lucky to be over 6' which is where Grothe was.

But can he play in the 2015 Taggart spread?  Can any of our QBs on roster?

The Taggart spread is more commonly known as power run. The spread part of it refers to the fact that he now has 4 different offensive coaches trying to get plays sent in and they're spread all over the sideline and booth. Edited by JTrue

Sadly that's probably pretty accurate

I thought it was Spreading the Blame, in case we don't move up for than a few slots on the Dismal Offense Ranking.

nice quick compact throw, and well he's gotta enough speed to be a dual threat plus he's accurate on the run, looks tall enough, he's definitely not short

We dont even know what kind of spread he is going to use? butter spread, jelly spread, or smelly cheese spread? The possibilities of spreads are endless.
