Can't blame a kid for forming a relationship with one coach and having him fired and wanting to go somewhere else. Especially when its Georgetown or GT.

We don't know if Antigua wanted to keep Rocc on staff or not. Can't say he was fired, he may just have wanted to go to VT with good friend Buzz Williams. Besides Rocc wants another shot as a head coach and his best bet at the time was to work on Buzz Williams staff.

No blame at all .... just kind of nice seeing players moving on to those type programs rather than UT-Pan Am and Furman. Hopefully, the quality of most of the players still here is similar ...

While curious as to why he hadn't committed somewhere sooner, maybe someone can enlighten, the list of schools that have supposedly offered him is pretty impressive ... a good start to the COA era when he signs.

Alex Kline â€@TheRecruitScoop

Georgetown is hosting 2015 center Jessie Govan of New York Lightning (NY) on campus, along with USF transfer John Egbunu, this weekend.

Btw I don't give a **** about where Egbunu goes or does. I only posted that because Jessie Govan has been offered by Coach O and USF. Hoping USF can get him on their campus for a visit sometimes before the fall this year.

GU is a big academic step for him.  Best of luck!

Just a reminder, Iverson went to Georgetown.
