Are we just looking at wanting to build winning teams? What is a winning team that deems success? Are we happy to be back to those 9-4 years in the first couple of years. do we need to make the tournament 2 or 3 years in row? to deem sit was a successful hire? The way some act around here if we aren't considered for a P5 conference soon it doesn't matter what the records are, some will deem it a failed hire. Just curious what the sentiments are. I guess to meet the family while talking?

No disrespect to him for asking it, but I agree with his answer; ask him in a couple of months once he has had a chance to digest the issues

He didnt go crazy and proclaim that USF should look to get out of the AAC like the Cincy AD did. He just said that USF needs to worry about theirselves. It is a nice way to say that USF will jump to a power5 if ever asked. I dont think any school would pass that up, but I liked his professional response to that question. Also, I liked how he handled the OCS question too. Very professional responses to questions that he will have to continue to answer over and over again.
