I like how the article calls us a small school and a midmajor. We should be comparing ourselves to the Gator's and Noles and not western Michigan.

Welp that pisses me off.

We were in an AQ conference and now we are not....without ever leaving.

We need to win on the regular and get the eff out of this dumpster fire of a conference.

We are a midmajor and our budget, facilities, coaching salaries, etc. are a lot closer to Western Michigan than FSU/UF. Florida's revenue was about $120,000,000 last year and they spent about $105,000,000. FSU's revenue was about $100,000,000 and they spent $90,000,000. Want to know where USF and W. Michigan fit? USF's revenue was about $43,000,000 and so were their expenses. W. Michigan's revenue was about $27,000,000 and they spent about the same.

So the gap between us and W. Michigan is about $16,000,000. The gap between us and the schools you want to compare us to is about $60,000,000 - $70,000,000. If you want, we can compare national championships, or even conference championships, amongst the programs, but I think you'll find we're closer to W. Michigan in that regard as well.

Besides our sensitivity to our conference situation, I think we need to take whatever positives we can to help put us in get back in position to become what we expect we can be.  I like the overall tone of the article.

I'm still a little disappointed in the quarterback situation. I missed that UCF picked up Tyler Harris. That's a good recruit.

At least it's more objective than the Sentinel article.

Not a bad article at all.  Next step:  win.
