Not quite an oz. FL law is 20g for a felony.

However, that's the minimum for 3rd degree felony.

Hope there is some out here, like it was a friends or something that sounds like an excuse.  You'd think these guys would not gamble away a free education to smoke some weed.  I don't know that Taggart will have much tolerance for something like this.

 

Losing a starter would suck.  He's young, but now our most experienced CB.

 

As to timing, yes, this happening on a big OV weekend isn't cool...but I'm sure the recruits aren't shocked by this, and it seems to be happening more & more at high schools everywhere.

 

Let's let the due process work it's way out, and hope the other DBs can pick up the slack if he's gone.
