Not defending this young man, and I get laws are laws, but I don't think ANYONE on here is above the law. How many on here have had a few adult beverages at games or other places and drove home?  Most people break a law at some point in their lives if not frequently. (They just don't get caught).( speeding is breaking the law) So those giving the hollier than thou attitude need to look no further than the mirror , You law breakers LOL

This is really irrelevant.  Anyone with a good job that gets caught DUI or DWI risks losing that job along with jail time.  If you drive under the influence and cause an accident that kills someone, you are going to face a much higher penalty than losing the opportunity to play football (we don't know what Durden's penalty will be).  

 

So let's not pretend that people drive around all the time under the influence with zero penalty, but that isn't the case at all.

As much as I hate pot laws, it's soooooo easy to just not get arrested. It can wait. It really can. Zero tolerance for idiocy.
