Hey, we've been giving guys on offense the chance to go out there and make some tackles all season, so, why not give the defense a chance to make plays on the offensive side?

One thing that troubles me though... don't we drop every sure interception that hits a DB in the chest? Are they suddenly going to have better hands by switching to the other side of the LOS?

That's funnny

Maybe by getting reps in on the Offensive side of the ball in practice they will become better at catching the ball on both sides :3

Leavitt looked into doing this in 2007 or 2008 and this board jumped down this throat.

Tags does it and he's an unsettled genius who is filled with fire.

And people say Smazza is irrational

I really think the problem isn't receivers on offense it's the qb. Bet you the receivers start catching tonight with a legit qb passing to them.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
