But i think we give mich state a run for their money....this game will light a fire, no way everything can go wrong for us two in a row, mich st will overlook us, we will get more competent qb play, mich st offense didnt exactly bust down doors the first game.....strange

MSU's defense is one of the best in the country. Their offense is one of the worst.

I don't think we win, but there is no f'n way we can be as bad as we were last week

Well I think our only hope is for our own defense to surprise everyone with some big turnovers which could turn things on their head like vs ND. That said I have no expectations except that Floyd doesn't step on the feild.

We lost by 32 at home to an awesome FCS team.

I agree this will be a much closer game than alot of people expect. 

 

Everything that could go wrong went bad, it was the perfect storm of ****.

 

First game for CWT.

Plays against his former DC.

Turnvers near the 5. 

Bad snap for safety.

Int for TD late in first half.

Starting a new qb that is sophomore that struggled last year, lots of bad passes that started 3 and outs.

The game got out of hand in the 2nd quarter and it was over. 

 

Not saying we beat Mich St. but it wouldn't surprise me if we did actually.

If Floyd starts, we get shut out.  If Eveld starts, we might still get shut out. 

 

This defense is hell-a-scary.  And they're gonna run the ball a ton.  So the "Green Plague" better straighten out. 

 

I doubt Sparty will overlook us for Youngstown State.  Especially with their ongoing QB battle.

I would be fully shocked to win this game. More shocked than any game in USF history. I would love for that to happen however.
