The diaper bag was immediately what I thought of first. I don't have any kids, but have seen many a diaper bag being brought into Ray Jay. Did something happen at an NFL event? Seems that the changes are out of the blue.

 

Think Boston Marathon.

Think that's why they decided to just give out the free bags--it's a little more "in budget", plus the Chinese labor was a lot cheaper...
