Coordinators and assistant coaches won't be available after games. Just Taggart and players.

Good...I won't have to decrypt too much on the ride home from the stadium.

Some of those post-game interviews... :huh:

I don't recall many post game radio interviews with assistant coaches or coordinators ... Did I block them out?

Kevin Sumlin has a similar rule at Texas A&M about players and the media. They did okay. I think it's fine.

Only odd thing is assistant coaches. Seems it could be justified to want to hear from Bresnahan or another asst.

I get freshman but I wish coordinators could be interviewed. Greg has always interviewed coordinators in the past.

I have mixed feelings

 

if I was a kid I would hate it

 

as a manager/coach I understand it

 

as a fan I think it is somewhat necessary but if cwt doesn't win he will lose the team

 

our 2nd tier status makes me care a bit less

We've been overexposed a little too much anyways in the past.  Might be frustrating for my man Auman though since Taggart won't be a quotable guy once the season starts IMO.
