Now it looks like we're in the clear.  Whew! Dodged a major bullet there.

 

After interviewing with #Miami yesterday and receiving interest from #FSU, RB coach Larry Scott will remain at #USF - http://ow.ly/hUXGH

You're right. That's why they approached him, and shortly after FSU approached him as well. It couldn't poooooooooossibly be that USF ponied up the extra cash to keep him home. There's no way that's in the realm of possibilities. :rolleyes:

Maybe it was simply NOT a better situation for him right now. Maybe he likes the direction he sees USF football heading.

Scott has been here since the beginning.. He has been part of building this program...I  and many others are delighted with his work ethic...I learned long ago the... more intellegent the person the motivation in a job is more related to accomplishments/recognition  then money.... 

 

He can be proud of his dedication and I for one am delighted to have him stay here..but please..USF do not take SCOTT for granted..Please reward him for the LOVE and Dedication  has shown USF....I think a Bronze statue of him and Willie riding Bulls would be appropriate..and please don't forget the cash.....
