Good plays or bad that is the one name I will truly miss. It always made me smile when I heard it.

We were just garbage during their junior and senior years and one can only blame the coaches so much. I'd rather lose almost all the games with new guys than lose almost all our games with these reliable vets. Good riddance. Hope you graduated. On a team that sometimes appeared to have no passion, he always looked to be playing his heart out. Lansris provided little at LB.

I assume that all fan bases have knuckleheads with this classless thinking, but it's still hard to imagine an Auburn fan posting ******** like this ... For someone who provided little, I sure heard "Tackle by Mike Lanaris." an awful lot.

For someone who provided little, I sure heard "Tackle by Mike Lanaris." an awful lot. He did pretty well in the run game, but got eaten a live by crossing routes and other mid field throws. Though, some to most of that was the fault of the lack of pressure on QB's. No one can cover an area or receiver for 7-10 seconds.

He may have been in on some tackles but I also saw him get blown out and looked confused. In the end the entire D was piss poor.
