I just saw that Larry Antonnucci is no longer on the coaching staff site, so I'm guessing he got the boot too. I know Taggert was bringing in Sharrod Everett who held the same position at WKU but figured Antonucci would be retained in some way. Apparently not. Larry Scott is the only survivor.

Larry has been reassigned to another Asst AD job at USF. He's still here.

Hi guys first time poster ,, been reading for a week or two and have season tickets to the the Bulls,, REally excited to see Taggart come back home to coach and look for great things in a few years,,

Does anyone know what the pay scale is for DC with CWT? It looks like we are having a hard time getting even a linebackers coach hired for the DC position... IMO that is a major issue with USF Football - the pay scale for coaching,, What can he pay his DC? What is Weiner making?

Call it a hunch, but I think it's not about who wants the DC position. Rather, it's who our head coach is willing to hire.

People who are driven to achieve can be very tough to work with -unless you are on the same wave length.

I trust our Coach to make the right decision.

We have enough to pay a very good candidate to come here. I'd say this time around we could even pay more than the 325k we paid Cosh since we saved money on that OC hire.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
