Hidden River and Tampa Oaks office parks are pretty substantially built out. Im not sure exactly whats left of developable land but uncleared lots lack the appeal of the MOSI site. Its essentially on the campus of a major research University and has existing buildings and infrastructure that could appeal as a near move in ready property to quickly occupy. Im not sure its that great an area for that type of thing much like it isnt really working for MOSI either. MOSI is a non profit and continually has money challenges but it's an asset to the area and isn't going anywhere. I never understood why USF didn't have more of a presence there but I guess that may be changing in the future. Also downtown properties are becoming more scarce and valuable going forward.

The mental mistakes on offensive side of the ball by both coaches and players has to somewhat attributable to the complex, line shifting business of our scheme right? None of the coordinator hires in the Taggart era have necessarily been good on paper. They came here because of associations to the coach and his network. cosh was maybe the only one where it seemed like he should have done a lot better than his performance showed.

I thinking you are saying we've had poor luck with coaches and in turn, we should soon get good coaches, having been so unlucky lately. What's more likely is that none of this is luck, but more a reflection of leadership in finding quality coaches that will out coach and out scheme our opponents. Given our level of competition and rankings of recent recruiting classes, the tools to be above average are there.
