Not just re-assigning coaches to new positions like he did last year. This defense has looked terrible his entire regime. Offense nothing to brag about either. Status quo isn't working though. I'm on the fence regarding whether he should go this year or next year, more for logistical reasons than for any hope that the team might improve next year (although I'd be fine with that result; I don't care about CSH's nice guy "attitidude" so long as the team wins). I think this would buy him a little respect from fans. He would have to combine this with an acknowledgement of his failures and a pledge to turn this football program back around. If we are stuck with him anyway this would at least numb the pain a little. At this point I am not sure he realizes he is part of the problem. If you gave me the numbers once a week for a couple years, I'd win. Skip has given me his numbers.
