That donor must not be paying attention. Any reasonable person would at least have some doubts, even if he thought Holtz deserves another year. I think you'll be disappointed, but who knows... I think Calvin Magee is under the radar enough that we could bring him back even in a year with lots of HC positions open in the SEC. If Woolard is really retiring in 3 years things will start aligning at that point. There will be less of a buyout, he will have been given more than a fair shot to show his abilities and if the Woolard retirement is true the guy who gave Holtz his extension will be transitioning things to the replacement. This whole situation is asinine. The guy is not winning-- he's had time. He's had full support. This is not working out. Time to make a change.
