It is tough to get the proper attention in a situation like this. At other schools...if you weren't a SIGNIFICANT donor, you wouldn't get an audience much less a reply. I'm not saying it's that way here but even still...it is tough to get meaningful attention to get your message across anywhere especially when the community has the type of apathy that it does. When that is the case, it just looks like we have a few whiners and a bunch of people who are happy. (Who are really apathetic.)

I admire your passion but writing a letter/email won't accomplish anything other than letting him know how you feel which ultimately will amount to nothing. Doug will fire him when he wants to/ feels it is best for him or USF. Your anger means nothing to him. Not trying to say you shouldn't do it because if you feel that strongly you should. Just be realistic about what will come of it.
