We have not recruited well enough to slide people in at all those positions. BJ is the only huge loss IMO. On the other hand BJ is not a great QB. Who is going to replace Bonani? Kloss? This is a huge position to fill especially with all of the close games we have been in the last few years. The last 2 with them not scoring an offensive touchdown. I'm not sure we are actually better than them, just better on paper. If we don't beat Syracuse or UConn it will be 2 years since a home BCS win. Also haven't beaten an FBS team at home in over 13 months. Should not happen. We are better than Syracuse and UConn

(We are on pace for 2 in a row, 2 out of 3) pre Holtz we had not lost to an FBS School since joining the BE( streak over 40 games) Skip is 3-10 in last 13 games. Wins over Nevada and Chatt. Pre holtz we won 3-4 BE games a season, Last year 1 BE win(Syracuse). All this with the same or less talent than Skip has. We are a very senior talented team and have a 3 year starter at QB. Numbers dont lie, Holtz has taken us back not forward. Look at how many sold out this past weekend vs FSU. The biggest home game in program history. He is killing the program. What are you smoking Average coach + average players= average results Our recruiting seems to be improving...we shall see next year We aren't even getting average results. Average results is what we were getting from Leavitt.

Ouch Webster and Baker are seniors, both having good years. Webster will be playing on Sundays next year. From memory it sure seems like most every big pass play has gone against a corner besides these 2. I know second corner was a concern before the year, but I feel Baker really stepped up. My biggest worry, and I know we've got a lot of youth at the position, is that this might be a huge detriment to next year.
