If we don't beat Syracuse or UConn it will be 2 years since a home BCS win.

Also haven't beaten an FBS team at home in over 13 months.

Should not happen. We are better than Syracuse and UConn

Whenever I see BSU, I want to believe we lost to Boise State University and its not so bad. Then I remember it was Ball State University and gag a little.

Maybe better but based on what we have seen so far this year I don't know. UConn still plays that tough D and knows how to squeek out a win were as we seem to lose the close ones. Marron(SP?) seems to have Syracuse moving in the right direction.

Hold on guys, come next year, when we have that savior coming in the form of a true freshman qb or the college version of Tom Brady, we're gonna be great. Those saying he deserves another year for his own class or qb or whatever are absolutely right. Then after that he can have some more time with poor results while he develops 'his' team.

I don't even want to think about next year. Not only will we have an inexperienced QB, but no experienced RBs (unless Shaw plays a ton for the rest of the year), 2 new starting LBs and 2 new starting corners. That's a lot of skill positions to go into a season with little or no experience.

BJ is the only huge loss IMO. On the other hand BJ is not a great QB.

Average coach + average players= average results

Our recruiting seems to be improving...we shall see next year

Losses for next year on offense - BJ, Lamar, Murray, Shields, Hawkins, Landi, Popek, Estenor (6 starters and 2 backups)

Losses on defense - Grissom, Barrington, Lanaris, jeune, Webster, Lejiste, Baker (5 starters and 2 backups)

Throw in Bonani and Brockhaus Kann on special teams.

We have not recruited well enough to slide people in at all those positions.

BJ is the only huge loss IMO. On the other hand BJ is not a great QB.
