With the BE going to 12 teams for at least the next 2 seasons, that leaves us with 4 OOC opponents. I already saw that next year our OOC schedule is full. When Navy and the 14th team is added, I wonder if we are going to keep 8 conference games or go to 9?

Against a coach that beat the piss out of USF in the Big East?

We should offer to go there twice for them to come here once. Also, Michigan-ND is not a long standing rivlary. They've only played 39 times. +

Next season our schedule is full up... best they could do is move back a scheduled game... if not then they could start scheduling new schools in 2014 which currently only has one OOC opponent on the schedule. 2013 Season OOC Opponents:8/31 - McNeese State9/07 - @ Michigan State9/14 - FAU11/30 - Miami http://www.fbschedules.com/ncaa/big-east/usf-bulls.php

The NCAA and the conference commissioners are such a bunch of liars and ********. They claim they don't want a full tournament format for the post season because they don't want to destroy traditional rivalries and bowl affiliations, yet with all the conference realignment a lot of major, long standing rivalries have already been thrown out.I I have no problem with any of the traditional rivalries going away, but I can't stand when the NCAA and the conferences try to make it look like they are trying to preserve tradition. I guess instead of playing Michigan, they want to be sure their schedule is open to play traditional heavyweights from the ACC like Duke, Wake Forest, UVA, and UNC. It's on my short list of places to see a game..... It's amazing. The whole atmosphere of the campus on game day is the best I've been to.
