Your fan base jumped ship entirely. Wow you guys are terrible. 1700 away from a sell out. You have to subtract another 2000+ that will get stuck in Mickey's Holiday Parade. too. The only "moral victory" I'm taking (if it can even be called that) is the satisfaction of knowing how sweaty and disgusting you Kanigit fans are after almost dropping this game as a 4 touchdown favorite.
UCFSports1 Posted November 30, 2013 Group: Member Topic Count: 3 Content Count: 74 Reputation: 3 Days Won: 0 Joined: 11/27/2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 this rebuilding USF squad is wretched, and UCF is struggling to put us away. i've seen discussion on this board about whether or not UCF has "passed us by"... of course the **** they haven't. have they had a good year? of course. will they get a BCS bowl bid, something USF has never done? it seems highly likely. but a few things need to be considered... 1) the AAC's BCS bid is a technicality. one of the few bones the conference got from the Big East split and the Power-5 realignment. would USF love to have it? bet your sweet ass. a trophy is a trophy. but despite a likely BCS bid, UCF cannot claim to do what USF couldnt: win in the Big East. a Big East BCS bid far would have surpassed anything won in the AAC. 2) the Big East, as constituted during USF's tenure, was a solid conference with national title contenders with winning regular season records and BCS bowl wins over power conferences. the Big East was, arguably, as good if not better than the ACC. the AAC is not. UCF would not have come out with a BCS bid after an in-conference gauntlet of WVU, Louisville, Cinci, Pitt, Cuse, Rutgers and UConn with all those cold games up north. 3) we were ranked #2 in the BCS for a week. suck it bitches. Midseason rankings dont mean anything. We played our worst game of the year. I mean our own center stripped our running back. 5 turnovers! Credit USF defense, but our players are letting the pressure mount. I can legitimately say the USF defense played up to tonight, has tremendous athletes and came to pull the upset. I have watched USF this year and they are finally getting the offense together. UCF was sloppy and lucky to win. GOL is very conservative and this has been common for us. It isnt until the game is on the line that we go downfield. Perriman and blake discussed that throw on the sideline and the doublemove and pump fake worked. All that matters is a win. Teams are going to have good and bad games. Nothing was going our way. Good teams still win. Also keep in mind ucf is the youngest team in the country along with USCee. I knew this could easily be the game ucf dropped and that the usf team would come to play. Usf has always done that. I wasnt sure if the usf offense eould be better than prior weeks, but I think white is starting to progress. Our defense is young and has injuries, but still held houston to 14. White looked good for his age. He will be good.
UCFSports1 Posted November 30, 2013 Group: Member Topic Count: 3 Content Count: 74 Reputation: 3 Days Won: 0 Joined: 11/27/2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 I'm still proud of the team. A few years ago these are the kind of posts we'd make fun of those guys in Orlando for but might as well embrace where we are. Great moral victory for USF today... We are bowling against the spread Ya this is very USiF of you guys...j/k. Look we played sloppy, but when your front 4 gets chippy they are one of the better groups in the country. Credit usf defense..front 7 especially. They made blake uncomfortable and you were able to get pressure with 4. USFs front 7 is as good as Michigan state when playing inspired football. Our team did play with a ton of pressure on their shoulders. ..bcs bid..rival game. I can objectively say that the turnovers are very uncharacteristic of this team and will say usf defense had alot to do with that, but our offense never got in rhythm. We will need all of December to tighten up.

The most of which is snagging this dying pig of a conference with it's last autobid...

USiF pretty pathetic troll job. Not much material to work with. We took a team of true freshman and d*mn near extinguished all of the UCF dreams. Seems like he spoke the truth. We were fortunate to be within three points of them. They shot themselves in the foot all night last night - five turnovers and we still can't beat them. That says it all right there. We need a lot of help - and it starts from the top down.
