Thanks Sanjay. So how does the defense refute or dissipate the damage of the O'Leary testimony coupled with the trainer testimony???

O'Liar has lots of credibility.

Uhhh?  He has lots of credibility?  Being sarcastic right?  He's a consistent liar his entire career, dating back to his days at Syracuse under McPherson when he was involved in some questionable recruiting tactics.

This is the first time he's perjured himself though.  This many players and trainers can't be wrong.  It's a pity that they won't let the jury know about his history of lying.

Of course he's being sarcastic...

Once the plaintiff rests the defense will move for directed verdict(that they should prevail and the plaintiff di not meet it's burden).  That will be denied, in this case, and then the defense will put on it's case.  I expect the defense to call some expert to say plancher had a heart condition that was not diagnosed.  I would also xpect an epert to say that ucf's trainers did not deviate from the standard of care in what they did.  Also Expect that they will call other players or staff who will say that they saw water in the fieldhouse.  At least that is what I expect based on what the plaintiff has presented.

All the witnesses will be cross examined by plancher's lawyer.  Once the defense rests then there will be renewals of som objections and motions (for appeal purposes) and then the judge will instruct the jury and then jury deliberations start.

Considering he called him "O'Liar" ... its pretty safe and obvious that he was being sarcastic

;)

Between O-Liar and the UCF Baseball coach that was sexually abusing students with bats, it sounds more like a Saw movie then a college sports program...

Bingo, why do you think I called him O'Liar.  He has already been busted once shaving the truth.  If UCiF had any balls they would fire him if the case proves that he lied.  But, they won't you watch.

Personally I hope they don't fire him yet... I have a feeling that if they did can O'Liar then Jimbo Leavitt would be a top candidate

Funny, they love being hypocrites over there.  I would hate if such a thing occurred.  Leavitt's situation was sad, but what's done is done, ultimately he was the one that was harmed the most....so I would someday hope Leavitt could return home, say if we ever built an OCS, and go into some type of hall-of-fame- he did build tis program.  BUT if dude ever became the HC of the knaggit's...that would qualify him for the 'wall of shame' not fame at USF!!!!!!!!!  I don't even want to think of such a thing. >:(
