I agree Gregory needs to go.

Anyone who thinks Grothe needsd to go is nuts. Does he make mistakes, yes at times. But he sure asd h#*ll gives everything he has toi win.  He can't run and pass block, he can't catch his own passes, he doesn't get torched by the long ball, he doesn't give up over 100 yards on the ground, and doesn't get flagged for offsides or pass interference.

Wouldn't firing him after the end of the season be better?  Would this not cause more turmoil mid-season?  Shows a lack of solid leadership maybe?

Either way just go for another option next year please.

For you foks worried about the offensive line being gone next year - it was gone last game.  We lost so many guys - did anyone notice ? We were down to our 3rd string.  I was waiting for Kelly to be at rt guard. Oh yea - our two top RBs were home in Tampa - not making excuses - just saying.

Our top two running backs? Not in the coaches mind. Little Ben Williams has been the starter for two seasons now. He stinks. This offense stinks and this whole losing to teams you aren't supposed to every god damned year thing stinks too.

Yes you are right.

Someone give me of an example of how firing a coach during the season has ever worked out well for a football team.

Keep Gregory for now and cut him loose after this season... getting rid of him mid-season will only make things worse.
