Does he make mistakes, yes at times. But he sure asd h#*ll gives everything he has toi win. He can't run and pass block, he can't catch his own passes, he doesn't get torched by the long ball, he doesn't give up over 100 yards on the ground, and doesn't get flagged for offsides or pass interference. Would this not cause more turmoil mid-season? Shows a lack of solid leadership maybe?Either way just go for another option next year please. We lost so many guys - did anyone notice ? We were down to our 3rd string. I was waiting for Kelly to be at rt guard. Oh yea - our two top RBs were home in Tampa - not making excuses - just saying. He stinks. This offense stinks and this whole losing to teams you aren't supposed to every god damned year thing stinks too.

Someone give me of an example of how firing a coach during the season has ever worked out well for a football team.
