In his latest version, Lunardi at ESPN has us up to a #12 seed facing Kentucky in Spokane. Jerry Palm at CBS has us as a #12 seed facing Wisconsin in Salt Lake City. USA Today has us down as a #13 seed playing Duke in Charlotte. That would be an awesome matchup. On3.com has us as a 12 seed facing Wisconsin in Spokane. Bracketville has us as a #12 facing Clemson in Brooklyn. Finally, Bleacher Report has us as a #12 seed facing Texas Tech in Spokane.

12 as a AQ is respect, where we were almost good enough to get in without the AQ, as the at larges run out around the 11 seed.

It certainly shows that the super slim hopes for an at-large bid are still there if this team can win out until the conference semis or final.

I like our chances without winning the conf tourney about as much as FSU's CFP chances with winning the ACC with an undefeated season.

Who knows but the conf tourney is going to be electric.  I'm hoping one of these big teams eat it early.

Ironically, we could get in for the same kind of reason that FSU was left out ...

The committee recently have said that all games are factored in, and when they were played makes no difference. Think it even said as much in the article in the times today.

Currently we are 4-6 spots out from being ranked. If we get into the top 25 and than keep winning I think we can afford losing either in the semi final or final with legitimate hope left to get an at large spot, assuming we lose in a close game against a top 3 AAC team.

We still have regular season games against SMU, and at Charlotte. I think if we win out  until the start of the AAC tournament we could be as high as 21.

We would not be the first ranked team left out a Utah State team went like 25-2 was ranked and did not make it.
