I've been counting Pryor's free throw times lately, and I watched the referees' counts closely on all his FT attempts today. Even though it seems like he's close to a 10 second violation, he's pretty consistently around 7 seconds, so he actually has 2 seconds to spare. Whatever works for him I hope he keeps doing it! His foot is always so close to the FT line that I swear he is always about to get a violation.

I was also counting yesterday at the game. I had him at 8 seconds every time. I watched all 3 refs each time and no one was counting seconds with their arm like for an inbound 5 second watch. If they are not outwardly counting in some fashion, I'm not sure they could ever call 10 seconds.

I'm still waiting for his first embellishment, or whatever they call it in college, call ....

If you can't hit the gimmes, you're not gonna win a lot of games unless you're outrecruiting everyone and blowing everybody out of the water (as we've seen for a long time here). Closed fist, open fingers, etc. No arm movement though.

I've been counting about 8 when I watch so sounds about right. There was a pro that got screwed up with the time he was taking a few years back. Maybe the Greek Freek? People in the stands started counting quicker and quicker. Funny as hell.
