I expect Brown-Stephens to take a step up in the WR room. It’s really anyone’s to take, and Atkins is the usual suspect to get the spotlight, but now’s a great time to establish a clear role after a decent season

I think that would be an AWESOME idea to use high school refs so that they get experience working with college athletes. But I have no answer.

Is he coming back? He had a great run at the end of the year.

I spoke with one today at a scrimmage and he indicated all refs used are college referees.  USF has an officials liaison, who brings officials needed for an event from all over the central Florida area.
