So they know how to coach to defend the run but not the pass.  I'm not buying it.  Just my opinion but think out of 3 DCs they should know how to coach both and that the talent level is the issue.

Thats what Im saying. If you are 8th or lower in TFLs that means you have the ability to get past the line of scrimmage and make them have negative yards. The players can be that bad.

My thought is this is more talent than coaching issue.  3 DC and all have worse defense they ever had most likely.... points to they were not given much to work with.  We could hire the best DC and it likely doesn't look much better I'm afraid.

I would give Orlando another year unless the defense gets even worse over the next 3 weeks . HS recruiting is solid so lets see what he can do next year with fresh blood.

If he doesn't work out I think it would be time to splash big money for a top, established DC, who can also recruit. If we have money for an OCS, we should have money for top class assistant coaches.

Looks like Coach Golesh has a good offensive mind with a clear idea how he is going to run his offense; it would be a shame if he is brought down by bottom 10 in the county defenses.
