I think the Canes had that slot at one time, but they moved around the 3 game series. This addition just filled blanks spots (like there isn't a second announcement to say X canceled or moved, because the Miami move happened before.

Originally 2026 opener was FAU, but with them joining the conference that became a conference game and moved to later in the season leaving the opener TBD until this FIU series was announced.
