His brother played in the NBA for 12 years and is a current present of the NBA G-League...might have some pull there with recruits....

I know very little about his coaching style from an X's and O's perspective but... this wasn't just Kennesaw State's first tournament appearance since becoming Division 1 in 2006, it was their first WINNING season in Division 1 period.

Its easy to make these graphs and stats look great when in your first season you win one game and then the next you win 5. Sure it went up 500 percent, but in the  end you are still a bad team when you only win 5 games.

No one said it has to be slow. He is inheriting a much better situation here that what he did at Kennesaw St.

I am choosing to look at his entire body of work and not just years 1 and 2. He took over a bad situation and improved every season.
