Wonder if all the Jeff Scott related cliches, signs, and quotes have been taken down around the football facilities.

Why do we need cliches anyway.  Just work hard and get the job done.

Just gotta win is the only motto that matters. If your culture is not winning than your culture embraces losing. All the bs clichés mean nothing if you do not win. We need the coaches to outwork, out recruit, and outscheme the other coaches. We need the players to elevate their game, give everything every play, and pick up a winning mentality.  No more of the players dancing and recording videos on the side line while getting embarrassed, do not tolerate people sitting out because they don't want to play ( kick them off and send them home), no one quitting on a play ( defensive players topped several times this year instead of chasing a guy down), and time to hold each other accountable on the field.

I am loving the size we will have on our offensive line next year. The 2nd string needs to beef up a little.

Eddie Kelly still looks a bit puffy to me. We shall see what he looks like after spring and fall camp.

Remember what one summer did for Byrum Brown. He made HUGE strides over the summer.  I posted the comparison this year. Hopefully the same happens for Kelly and we see him on the GRIT board or whatever metrics this new dude uses.

He's a DE, right? ........ Maybe a DT could slide by with that.

He's a fast guy, so unless he packs on muscle, he will lose his speed if he gains anymore weight. So I don't see him moving to DT. But he is taking steps in the right direction.
