Don't want to burst the bubble, but this isn't a new thing.  Scott offered lots of 4 and 5 star guys who never gave us a second look.  Look at the USF offer list on 247.  Where we are right now, very little NIL money, no OCS, lower conference, rebuilding year, new coach, we have a better shot of landing Deion as coach than this guy ever playing for us.

He's probably not wrong, but I don't care who CAG signs just care if he can coach them up and motivate them to perform

I care quite a bit about who he signs AND I'd like him to coach up those that do.

I mean I want to recruit the best players he can, but many of our best players over the years have not been 5* recruits.   Just coach up what you get and we'll be fine

Depending on when his contract ends, could just be doing the job he's getting paid for ...? Not sure how that works.
