Aren't most of them in the portal? Next year's team won't look anything like this year's team

I've got to imagine (hope?) he's reaching out to our portal people and pitching why they should stay. Defense might not get any better next year, but our offensive people looking to leave should be doing a double-take.

Elaborate on worse?  Worse than dead last on defense? I mean, I guess we could have lost to Howard but I don't see us going winless next year.

This is a good thing. We need championships, not one big regular season win here and there. This is how UCF got their championships. Playing weak schedules. USF always has a great team with a schedule that's just one notch too hard to win it all. Win championships, get better players, then increase the schedule difficulty (I understand some of it is a crap shoot).
