At what point do we panic

If it's not Deion (I never had high expectations there) then it's pretty obvious we got passed by the ones we targeted right?  Why else would we be waiting this long?

Nobody wanted Herman untol FAU hired him. As long as Willie Simmons is available Im not panicking. Thats who I wanted all along. I dont want another retreat I want someone who is hungry and that can relate to the players.
