Deion is still the guy. Chadwell is the backup plan but Deion has always been priority 1 from day 1.

Facts his defenses got worst every year and Coastal has not really had a tough schedule in those three years, their toughest opponent in those three years was BYU

Ok I see it's same DC as this year and 2021 did better than I saw on other site with 2020 his best defensive year. Well that makes me feel better.

The coach before Chadwell was amazing imo. He was actually I believe from Wall Street and got into coaching and made Coastal Carolina a winner. Did that guy retire ? He is like a Gordon Gekko on Wall St

Recruiting we still don't know as it appears his best class was high 90s but that is at Coatal Carolina. 

Yeah, I don't see a significant bump in recruiting unless we get Primetime.  Chadwell will get some talent, but I doubt we get any real surprises.

Welcome Coach Chadwell. Best of luck. Please bring in a competent defensive coordinator and recruit hard on defense asap or you will end up being Jeff Scott 2.0.

I really hope it's Dion. The only thing that saves USF is good recruiting. 

Good recruiting + terrible USF coaching = average season 

We historically always had terrible coaching, terrible strength training, terrible nutrition and terribly undersized players..

But if we have a head coach that can recruit, we can balance out the awful coaches with good players for an average season.

Not win the conference average, bowl game eligible average. 

We need a recruiting coach...
