This is also true. I have a buddy that works high up in sales at a UA competitor and he confirmed UA was bleeding from over extending themselves with their contracts. That they were going to try to rework their current deals and focus their efforts elsewhere.

I wouldn't... it's well documented that JMU was a Nike school and that a big hang-up was that he was endorsed personally by UA. His UA deal is worth $300k a year and he isn't going to give that up. As I previously noted, USF would likely have to switch to UA as JMU did. How much that split costs USF and is USF willing to fork over the cash to make that split is legit.

*** EDIT: I misspoke - His deal with JMU is $300k a year. I can't find figures on his yearly salary with UA. ***

$300k a year will mean nothing to him with the numbers floating around.
