It could be about the $$ for his assistant pool.  He would bring a number of his current staff with him, and hire more (because FBS programs can have larger staff).

He did comment generally about coaching - saying he was focused on his team.  The standard "non-denial denial" that most coaches put out.  Even Lane Kiffin didn't REALLY deny his rumor to Auburn.
