Wouldn't say Herman failed at Texas, he won a NY6 bowl and has never had a losing season as HC.

My vote's for him. I vote no for now. Seems like a Willie type situation with UCFast.

Similar to Mullen in my eyes. Was a solid coach and need to rebuild his name and career. Could be a huge win for us or another Strong. I am going with Leavitt(dream), Sanders (dream), Simmons from Famu , Helton from App State, oc from fsu atkins, and Mullen/Herman types last. At the end of the day I have no influence on the hire but I hope it isn't a co-coordinator or anyone from Clemson. If we are poaching coordinators Saban's tree of coaching seems to find success more than Dabo's coaching tree. I'd go after someone under Saban. Probably ignorance on my part but I don't know if he has any ties to FL. We need someone that can keep some of the big FL recruits home. Would not say no to him at all though. Got huge recruits at Houston. Got Texas out of their Charlie Strong funk, and runs a great offense. People say he is an ******* but that doesn't matter to me, just win baby. Not saying he’s the one but he has to be considered It's a safe bet he would want to bail shortly after success. We need a "lifer." They do exist. All a part of this Catch-22.
