I planned on watching and cheering for him wherever he went. That won't be the case if he transfers back home.

Why would he? Papa McClain clearly feels like we robbed him even though the coaching staff has allegedly been very open with them throughout the whole thing. No doubt that rubbed off on Timmy

If he's on their sideline (in street clothes) for this years game things will be interesting.

Fans heckling? all but certain, hopefully they keep it clean

Gerry staring over after throwing a TD? doubtful but would be a hilarious moment in the rivalry

I really do not understand this move.  He lost the qb battle.  UCF is a better team than USF.  Does he think he is getting into a better situation? Is UCF planning on not recruiting or accepting QB transfers with P5 talent?

As long as Horn isn't tried to be brought over I don't care. 

He is going to a tougher qb situation...smart move.
