Super premature prediction:

After getting the nod for starting QB, Gerry Bohanon leads the Bulls to an upset over a ranked BYU team at home, cruising into Week 2 against ... *checks notes* ... Howard. I expect at least one trick play with both Bo-canon and T-Mac in on the play. I will be upset if they don't at least try something creative to get a big play and momentum going. Reasoning for the USF win is that Gerry beat BYU last year 38-24. The score will be very similar in Week 1. Gerry is going to connect with the tall receiver Ajou Ajou. Weaver will catch a lot of passes too.
